Nicotine Patches

I did the patch thing once before and it worked well for me to stop smoking cigarettes for about a year. I was glad for the respite and would like to try for longer this time.

Where can I get my patch fix? Nicoderm CQ is better than the rather primitive and inferior Nicotinell, but I'll take whatever I can get, at whatever outlandish price I need to pay for it. Last I was in the pharma the young bint acted like patches had never been sold in Thailand, which might have been true since last year when she popped out of school, but not true historically. Some pharmas in Bangkok circa 2006 carried old school retrograde Nicotinell.

Before I go all over CM and possibly fly down to Bangkok, what's the scoop? Patches are available here in the great Land O' Thais or not?

Nicotinell is available at a pharmacy by Thapae Gate (outer moat rd) about 3 doors toward inner city from black canyon cafe which is across the street from the Montri hotel. Good luck.
