According to published list of docs required for extension based on marriage, they require a copy of passport to be certified. Who must certify this? And are we talking of all the pages or just the passport holders details? Thanks.

Yep, it is as easy as that. Just sign it yourself, in front of the officer.

With that you certify that it is a copy from the original and not fake/altered.

I always sign before I go and have never had it questioned. Easy to sign again if requested.
