Hi

I'm looking for similar deals, so writing here.

Looking for house / flat in May for a minimum of 1 year. 10.000THB monthly budget

Information here or PM

There are many reasonable houses for rent around Phuket, in the 8-10,000 baht/month bracket. However, I would suggest that you get yourself cheap temporary accommodation initially, and then go looking. Avoid the Patong/Karon/Kata areas, as they tend to be vastly overpriced, which when you look later at what's available elsewhere, you could kick yourself. All part of the learning curve.

Curious, you mention the requirement for internet, but not wifi? Why?

Thx for information

I also thought of something to rent such as 1-3 months and during that time to find something suitable (known, once the best deals are not there:))

Why not WiFi? Needs a stable connection to the best capacity to work. And I know that the quality of the Internet on Phuket is poorly: / so fall off WiFi on startup.

Have a look at www.phuketspace.com.

This website did not know.

Thx

However, looking further :]

Have a look at www.phuketspace.com.

Very informative website with pictures but why no prices?

I sent you a full offer for PM

Prices between:

7000 to 40.000 THB per month

My fully furnished house is available for rent, price around 12,000 baht.

you will be surprised at what you can pick up, worth booking in a hotel for a few days with a bike and going to look at many places. if you are in a position to pay for the year in advance you can do ok for bt100k,

Hi, my family runs apartments in that price range. Please send me a message for more info. (or, if you Google "chalong apartment" you'll find our site at the top of the search results)
