Uk Visa Advice Following Marriage (after Settlement Fiancee)

Featured Replies

After successfully applying for two visitor visa’s, and a settlement visa (Fiancée) for the UK for my Thai fiancée, I am now investigating applying for the next visa so that we can live together in the UK when we are married.

Does anybody have any guidance on applying for the first visa after we are married, I am particularly interested in the evidence \ requirements necessary.

With thanks in advance,

Jonathan

Jonathon, assuming that your fiancé is now in the UK, or will be shortly, and you are asking about the next step after yuo have married in the UK. This is to apply for Further Leave to Remain, which lasts for two years.
