I put your question to a very large plant list. Here is the first reply:

I think there's two species in there; one is a vining plant with the

distinctive "curlicue" twining bits visible in the lower left hand

corner (like ivy and grapevines have), and then the more robust

segments appear to be that of a tropical cactus, most likely an

"orchid" cactus or an epiphyllum. So, kind of like a morning glory

growing with an epiphytic cactus.

I go for Cissus quadrangularis or C. cactiformis.....

It is all the same plant. The big part is older. Has no spines or anything like a cactus. The whole thing grows leaves. Have never seen a flower in two years. th_Image0026.jpg
