Food Supliment

Featured Replies

Has anyone heard about a diet aid called Herbalife, it is a mineral protien bar that helps dieting

You can buy the same kinds of questionable "diet" products over the counter at pharmacies cheaper. Herbalife is mostly about their multi-level marketing business model. Who hasn't heard of them? One thing you will find hard to find though, a legitimate doctor actually recommending the stuff.

"a mineral protein" does not exist, and herbalife is a hox

The thing that always helps me is eating healthy food and keeping to a food plan, combine that with some heavy workouts and you will loose fat. It wont be fast but you probably did not gain the fat fast either.

herbalife is a pyrimid sales diet and food supplement plan with tons of stuff; my ex actually sold that stuff in israel . we called it herbaabluff.... it seems popular in thailand though... among women in cities where they have house parties to sell the stuff... the ingredients are usually not bad for different things, but a regular homeopathic store or health food store would have similar stuff sold singly w/o all the 'sales hype' of that particular brand of products.

caveat emptor (buyer beware).
