Hello there Everybody,

Get some ... Oxygen in your organs ... Bring down your blood pressure ... Assuage your stress ... Turbo charge your T-cells ... Edge up your endorphins ... Ditch your depression and FINALLY FEEL ALL AROUND GOOD!!

Come join in this fantastic event [money raised will go to Future Light Children’s home, an orphanage in Tak province in the Northwest of Thailand].

Why should you come?

Laughter Yoga is....

… a combination of Laughter Exercises with Yogic Breathing (pranayama), so that you increase the amount of oxygen in your body whilst being playful resulting in you feeling more healthy, energised and alive. This actually changes the physiology of your body so that you start to feel happier.

… an exercise experience that is for health, stress reduction and well-being, that incorporates laughter & fun. (No floor exercises or jokes involved!)

... will be led by Carol van der Berg

The benefits to Laughing Yoga:

You feel great! Reduced pain sensation

You feel happy! Laughter releases endorphins – happy hormones

You feel less stress! Laughter decreases cortisol levels

You feel more self confidence

Laughing is great for your lungs as well.

Don't worry if you don't feel like really laughing – intentional laughter is starting out by faking the laughter - watch youtube videos for examples.
