I am on a Non-B and the 90 day stamp is required (according to the last stamp date) next week. However, I returned to the UK for Christmas then came back here in early January. Does my 90 days start afresh on re-entry?

I am hoping I will not have to endure the hassle of dealing with immigration....

Thanks

Yes. Please note, however, that if your permission of stay is based on entries with a multiple-entry non-

B visa you need to leave the country every 90 days and therefore do not have to make reports of staying longer than 90 days. It appears, though, that you are on an annual extension for the reason of employment and will return to Thailand with a re-entry permit. In this case, your 90-day reporting cycle starts afresh on the day of your return.
