Most probably you all know and heard about the sequel of Triple X "xXx State of the Union" with Ice Cube. Dear film goers I just have to warn you that if you really wanna waste your money and most importantly your time find something better to do ( for example go and waste some quality time fishing or something else). This by no means is oneof the bigest failures of Hollywood from all aspects of the film making. Firts of allthe cast itself: replacing Vin Diesel with Ice Cube as a leading role it was a verry bad move ( due to the fact that they are lot more great talents out there to do that). Secondly the tempo of the action, the story telling by picture and the quality of the acting is as the same for a C class movie. And last but not least the verry unprofesional Special Effects and Visual Effects which they are more anoing in the last 10 minute of the picture ( the bullet train chase and the explosion of the car), and not to forget the very poor dialogue and meaning of the power script lines which were made by the three class "W" actors Ice Cube, Xzibit and Willem Dafoe, and of course not to forget Lola Jackson. So no hard feelings but I think all off the sequel doesn't even deserve a minute of your time forget about talking about it. IT IS A WASTE OF TIME AND A HOLLYWOOD NIGHTMARE.

As for other movies showing in the LOS, I wasn't very impressed with The Interpreter. Not very believable characters and some dumb dialogue. Anyone seen Days of Heaven yet? The reviews don't sound too good.

I was thinkking only teenagers go to watch that kind of stupid movies...

Out of all the recent movies, I have only really enjoyed one; 'Finding Neverland"

although I did like 'A League of Their Own' but that's not too recent. I only saw it recently.

Nearly ran was ' Million Dollar Baby' I was really liking it till she got maimed.

'The Kingdom of Heaven' has got some fair reviews,thats next on my list.

It seems Hollywood lost the plot some time ago.

In the same vein, I'd add "So Cool", and "Unleashed". These movies and a trunk full of dead fish have something in common.

XXX was junk, but it was bearable. Mind u they need to get Vin Diesel back next time.

my favorite movie of the year! " Meet the Fockers". My wife almost wet her pants.

If you haven't seen "meet the parents" I suggest seeing that one first.

they are both good for a laugh.

The best movie I've seen this year was "Kung &lt;deleted&gt; Hustle" . Probably not in Thailand yet but when it comes, go check it out. Too f'n funny.
