Q: is there any help for a kid 5 yrs old who have thai AND Canadian citizenship, living in Thailand with his Thai mum ?

if kid in hospital or no matter what.. When the dad does not help.

When the boy has Canadian citizenship, there must be a registration of him in canadian Embassy / Authorithies, becaus the dad must have registered him at some point.

(he was born in Thailand and have never been abroad, but have Canadian passport).

The child, or better said the mother on behalf of the child, can file for child support. It would depend on where the father is, under Thai law it will not be a great sum of money, just several thousend baht a month. But if the father is in Canada, it might be possible to file for child support there.

Yes, if he has a Candaian passport it would in all likelyhood mean that the fahter has recognised the child as his.
