While researching alternative foods for my chickens, I found some info on rice bran that makes me wonder why it is not being used more for human consumption here. it's high in vitamins, minerals, protien, fiber and I just bought a 30k bag for 150thb....that's 5thb/kilo.

If anyone is using it or knows any reason not to use it for humans, please post before I bake a loaf of rice bran bread.
