Can anyone tell me where I could find a photo booth that does passport sized photos in Bkk?

There is one at Esplande on Ratchadapisek on the basement floor either in front of MK Gold or Tops. It is an automatic coin-op one like in the US.

Most of the larger shopping centers eg. MBK, Siam Square, Big-C opposite Central World, etc. will have those photo booths. Usually have an attendant who will set up up right. Also many of the camera shops, notably the ones with Kodak quick processing units, will do quick passport photos cheap.
