If I buy a house here by using a 'company' can I use that 'company' as showing money invested here to immigration for a non-immi visa?

Sorry the answer is no.

Immigration normally has nothing to do with visas - these are normally issued by Thai diplomatic posts outside Thailand. What Immigration issues are ENTRY PERMITS. You are probbalky asking about an extended entry permit.

Actually, if the house is worth at least 2,000,000 baht, and that value is listed as paid-in capitalization, then the company can sponsor you for a non-immigrant visa and work permit - which you can then use to obtain an exytended entry permit - if you have four Thai employees, and pay personal income taxes on a sufficient salary.

If you will invest more than 3,000,000 in the property, then you may be able to qualify for an Investor extension - but you must follow a very specific process - money must come DIRECTLY into a specific investment account from overseas, in foreign currency. Immigration must the approve your use of that money to purchase property.

My company can help you with either approach.

Good luck!
