Hello, can someone provide a detailed meaning of the attached tattoo. I have seen it a few times and am curious

Just been informed by my other half that it is a Buddhist tattoo and is supposed to protect the bearer from any bad accidents, death, being killed and of course as this is Thailand, protects from ghosts too....
