Someone Know When Ipv6 Will Be Provited In Thailand?

Featured Replies

Odd choice of forum..

But if v4 addresses are soon out, and you need fixed IP, then logically they will have to transition. Personally I find Thai services and uptime awful and would use a box hosted elsewhere and simply configure / maintain / use it from here but I can imagine a few situations when fixed IP would be needed.

for local area network you can switch to v6 easy but not on public.

When they ready to use v6 network, we should hear a big notic and we must do upgrade firware on your ADSL router etc.

Maybe I am under appreciating the issue.. But using OpenDNS with the network.dns.disableIPv6 = false I would have assumed a home user the switchover would be transparent.

Of course thats not going to apply to someone whose using static IP's and managing network addressing.

In one short sentence. Can you guys tell me what the hel_l you are talking about? :) Obviously, IT related. Can you briefly tell me what it's all about?

Internet addressing, the way in which machines are named and traced and data packets are passed to the destination machine.
