Who has any advice/ experience where is the best place in Bangkok for whitening my teeth? Address of the dentist please. Quality is more important than price. Thanks.

Never mind which clinic is best or not...Don't Bother ...I paid 6,000 baht in Pattaya to get laser whitening done and it is a waste of time and money. In a matter of weeks of drinking the odd cup of tea or glass of cola and you are back to square one. You can actually damage the teeth and make them more senistive to hot and cold as well. On a scale of 1 to 12 for tooth whiteness, 1 being very yellow to Hollywood white at 12 the dentist showed me I was a 6. She brightened me up to a 10 as she said any more and the teeth get damaged and unnaturaly white.

A few months later and I am now back to about a 7 to 8 ....and really feel that a home whitening kit from Boots might have been the better and cheaper option.

A friend of mine and his wife had it done in Manchester and it cost 400 pounds each on a special offer they saw and they were dissapointed with the results as well.

So now you know....I should have guessed it was a "a short term fad" because of the amount of places in the LOS advertising this service...just like fish spa's for your feet...its a bit of a con....

By the way I have never smoked in my whole life and neither had my friend and his wife. So I cannot comment on results for nicotine damaged teeth.

Thanks Lonewolf for telling me your experience, good to know, in my case it is smoking and drinking tea. I will wait till I hear more experiences with whitening.
