Hi all, from experience does anyone have contacts for tradesmen they can recommend? I am refurbishing my condo in Jomtien and will need the following:

Tiler

Carpenter

painter/decorator

supplier of condo kitchen

aircon supplier/fitter

plumber

electrician

Hi, I have just had 2 new rooms built from scratch, floors, roofs, walls etc. All tiled and painted. Inside and outside of the house painted as well. New water tank and pump, plus two aircons moved, and one new one installed. Water heater with earthing rod installed as well.Very pleased with the results. Small Thai firm, family owned. Good English spoken.

Cheaper than any quote I had from farang owned businesses.

I have no connection with them, and won't be asking for commission. Good people like this are hard to find.
