Adsl In Jomtien

Featured Replies

Hi there, I'm looking for the best option for an ADSL connection in my Grand Condotel Condo

At the moment I have a phone line provided by TOT, but I always can change

What is the best option for me??

Thanks

Wim

You'll have to change :o

ToT does not support ADSL in Jomtien, only TT&T does.

Apply for a number at the Carrefour TT&T office. Copy from your passport showing visa and picture page is all you need.

3000 Baht for the line and you'll have to pay 2 months internet up front ( maxnet, 790 Baht/month+7%vat for 512/256)

You'll have to clear with your condo management as well to patch the line through to your unit as well.

TOT does have Adsl available in Jomtien now, Ive recently had it installed in View Talay 1.

Not the best speeds but I'm still working the bugs out.

Edit: Fairly cheap to 1000 baht a month for 512k

Anybody knows how to configure these routers for filesharing, i'd appreciate any advice.
