Hi, I read on TV's Live Friday news thread that Rama IV is closed from Saladaeng to Klongtoey -- does anyone know exactly where on the klongtoey side it is closed? Coming from the highway exit near the port, would the Sukhumvit soi 36 entrance (about in line with Tong Lo) still be accessible? And is the traffic on Rama IV much worse than Sukhumvit?

Would appreciate any insight into viable roadways in that area, thanks.

That route is open. The traffic was gridlocked till well after 7pm but you're probably home by now. Very quiet at 10pm.
