The best low cost gym I know is Hard Body Gym on Soi 3 off beach road Jomtien.

Never heard of this. I'm used to Tony's on 3rd road.

Could you sum up the dumbbell sizes? In kilo's or pounds. In Tony's they have up to 135 lbs, but I hate it's so full, so I might give this one a go, when I swing by in June/July
