May 19, 201015 yr Ladies and gentlemen i would like to show you few new abs workout routine ... would be nice to change your workout style time by time which makes your body keeps up in burning Basically every workout has to be done by sets .. set = 30 times .. usually you can start by one set or 3 depends how high your fitness level is This is My fave and best workout. Try to make it as much as you can .. it does burn yout fat and workout your abs muscle really well! another Very Good one as well Hope its useful for everyone

August 17, 201015 yr Hey Thanks for posting One question though; by set you mean fro example the 9 first pix and then do the same again for as long as possible or do we do do each pix for a certain amount of times then go to the next one? Thanks Alyx
