Office Space For Rent In Pattaya...

Rent 30,000 - minimum three years. Unfurnished.

It would have to be a five-bedroomed house with pool and a separate maid's accomm. for that price.

This is crazy!

Office accommodation is readily available - depends on what you want - two rooms, more space, reception area, how many telephone lines, ground floor with street window, higher floors, so on and so on.

That land alone must be worth at least 10,000,000 baht if it there is the ability to knock it down and build something else. Therefore I'd say even on those terms its actually a pretty good deal at 1,000 baht a day for such a location with what seems like loads of parking onsite. Would really suit a restaurant or a business where they need a special location such as an architechts office and plenty of parking. The only thing is you would have to spend a small fortune adapting it to be anything other than a basic house.

What kind of office do you want to have? Are you selling clothing, running a real estate business, an employmen business, etc.?

That will determine where you want to go. And, remember this, screw them when they want some fantastic key money. And, get a place that you do not have to put a lot of money into which cannot be taken with you if the business does not work out. Meaning, do not enhance their value of their building for ther use. That is what a lot of places will do. Get you in cheap, and then after you have spent a lot of money, increase the lease in three years' time.
