We are spending $370 billion on secondhand nuclear submarines we may never get a decade down the track. By then, drone technology may have made them expensive junk. We have made ourselves a nuclear target for you. In return, your president is lambasting us for not assisting him in his most egregious miscalculation. Enough is enough.
