Anyone ordered from them? Paid customs duty or is it a coin toss? Missed packages? I have a Thai credit card, registered the Amazon account as a Thai based account.

I ordered from them several times and never had any problems but you probably need to pay custom fees (not always TIT :) ). The customs fees are funny in Thailand when it comes with the normal mail because they seem to base the fee on the weight of the package. Expect to pay around 500 baht for a box with a few books.

I usually use Amazon UK if they have the same books available because the shipping is cheaper from UK. :D

I order from them fairly regularly, shipping is sorta costly so I tend to wait until its 10 books at a go...

Books should remain tax free (and maps I have been told) but if you order any DVD's or 'optical media' the taxes are 37% and if theres 1 DVD in a 200 USD box of books they tax the entire package.

Not had any go missing, but that would depend on your postman.
