Land Of The Pyromaniacs

Reminds me of a third-grade joke: What do Henry the Eighth and Winnie the Poo have in common? They have the same middle name.

Not to be splitting too many hairs, but Smokey Bear officially has no middle name. Just a bit of trivia. SmokeyBearFAQs

The photos show the results of a full blown forest fire. This was no rice burn.

Get real, Dave. Gotlost got it right. ThisVictorianFiresClaudio1.JPG was no rice burn either.

Everywhere in the North you can see sights like this... If the ground is less than a 6 % grade, it is probably private land.

If it is more tha a 6 % grade, it is government land for sure.... Here it is also a set fire, near Wiang Haeng, I believe this fire is for mushrooms :)

Looks like australia, especially State forest on desirable stretches of coastal land, which are deliberataley set a light by property developers, who 12 or 18 months later purchase the burnt out land and build exclusive housing estates on them :jap:
