I got 350 baht for 3 of my children every month up until they were 6 years old. I once got 500 baht refunded when I had been to the dentist . My family doctor is free. I get al these things because of my payment of social security which is compulsory at my job. Most of my coolleagues don't. Even know about this.

What else am I entitled to ?

It seems like they don't want us to know our rights.

Also does anyone know how much of a pension I will get if ivpay this for 20 years?

I know about hospital and dentist but I don't use it, waiting times. Don't know about other privileges but I'd like to. Will come in handly one day when my luck changes.

Funny actually, social welfare in Thailand is better than in the US

No pension though

Government officials are entitled to a lump sum but I have heard nothing about that applying to the private sector. I have heard that government officials could choose between monthly payment or lump sum but that the choice has been removed, all get lump sum now. I am not sure about that though.
