Where Is Cm Social Security Office?

I want to go to ask some questions about eligibility for Thai Social Security health plan for Farangs ("bragaan sukapaap").

Where is the Social Security office in Chiang Mai?

Last time I had to go there it was in the city hall complex on Mae Rim Road...the Southern most of the buildings, go thru the entryway and it was on the left side of the court yard.
