Good baby seats are available for around 1000-1500 baht in Thailand.

Almost every decent bicycle shop has some in stock.

To my knowledge no good online bicycle shop is available in Thailand yet.

If you order one from overseas you have to add Fed Ex costs, on top of that you will have to pay 30 % import duty + 7% VAT on the total.

You would spend around 5000 to 10.000 baht.

If a friend could hand carry it in to the country you would safe a lot of money.

While I think it makes sense to spend that kind of money on a child seat for a car (safety) I think it does not for a child seat for a bicycle as the safety issue is completely different with a bike.

I like the design of the seat and it would be a good choice for a climate like Thailand but it would be expensive over here.

At probike they have imported ones available but as told not cheap. However; they can get them cheaper in to the country than you can.http://www.probike.co.th/accessories.php?cat=5
