MAJIC
Does "I love you long time" count as a command of the English language. Guess the English government want citizens who can say more than "short time sucky sucky". Makes sense, helps speed up time at the welfare counter. Thai Citizens are not entitled to UK welfare, Thats why their Visas clearly state "No Redress to Public Funds" Another SUN/Daily Mail fallacy? Once you have Indefinite Leave to Remain you are entitled to public funds. You would still have Thai nationality/citizenship. And the phrase is "No Recourse to Public Funds".
