Both myself and my wife have put on a few too many kilos in the past few years and recently have joined a gym to combat this. After a lot of internet reading I have come to realise that exercise is about 20% whereas diet/correct nutrition plays about an 80% role in fat loss. I have educated myself and made adjustments and seen a loss of 5 - 6kg in the past 4 months. The problem is that my dear wife continues to eat wrongly at the wrong times of day - white rice at 7pm e.t.c. She doesn't read English to a standard where the internet would be of help so I was wondering if anyone can recommend a book in Thai that covers exercise and nutrition - I'm looking for a "healthy lifestyle" type book rather than the latest whack diet!
