Retirement Visa If You Are Under 55 Years Old?

Hello.

I am under 55 and is retired.

I make over 65K bath per month in benefits.

What are my options for visa in Thailand? I wish to retire there.

Have about 20 years to I am 55, so I don't want to wait

The eligibility age for retirement visa/extensions in Thailand is 50, not 55. One option you could use now to stay for some years is the ED (education) visa.

So your 35. Many a Thai girl would love to marry you then you can go marriage status. Only need to show 40K a month.

Can the ED [ education] Visa applied for while stiil in Thailand or do you need to go to another country?

Normal method is to come and sign up for school and they provide paperwork to take to Laos or Malaysia to obtain a single entry ED visa which you then extend every 90 days at Immigration inside Thailand.
