Police Lieutenant Colonel Tawatshai from Banglamung Police Station was called to Soi Neun Pleub Wan in front of the Nooronyageen Mosque late on Wednesday night to investigate a road accident involving two Honda City cars. The driver of one of the cars was Khun Boodsabar aged 34 who sustained neck and back injuries and was transported to the Bangkok Pattaya Hospital for treatment. There are onlt two higher alert levels in France, "Surrender" and "Collaborate"

The rise was precipitated by a recent fire which destroyed France's white flag factory - effectively crippling their military capability.

Why would the police not press charges against an intoxicated driver.

No wonder its not safe to drive down the roads of Thailand.

This is the Thai system. If the agrieved party in a dispute involving the police does not want to take the matter to court it is handled in house.
