Looking For Usa Attorney

Featured Replies

A friend (actually it is the cousin of one of my coworkers, in case it matters) is looking for an attorney that is licensed to practice in USA, first preference would be for an attorney registered in the state of Ohio but this is probably not an absolute requirement. It is to arrange the legal transfer of USA based assets from a recently deceased USA citizen (retired in Thailand) to his Thai spouse. He left a proper will bequeathing his assets to his widow, the will has already been seen by the Thai courts and a Court Order has been issued in Thailand to confirm his widow is entitled to receive his assets.

Now she needs an attorney to handle the deceased's assets that are located in USA. It might be convenient for her to have this handled by any USA licensed attorney that is based in Thailand.

Anyone suitable or knows of an attorney can pls reply here or PM to me. Could be an attorney based in USA, in case there are none in Thailand.

Thanks
