Somebody in the know about snakes can you tell me if the snake in the photos attached is Venomous or not.

Looks rather like a pit viper to me. If so, it is highly venomous.

but the crack the snake is after getting into only the Great Hudeeny would have a chance of getting him/her out so if its harmless I'll leave her be and welcome the new arrival to the family

I was thinking that too but the misses recons its eggs

My bet is that it's a pit viper. As Rooo suggests it's best to call Phil. Please don't kill it.
