New fishing lake in Phuket 3 of us turned up and asked how much to fish, answer 400 bht per hour our answer <deleted> orf, Tim said I have been told 250 bht per hour no said the Thai 400 bht so we all fecked off.

No one goes to this place and apparently very few if any fish in lake so they let go 750bht for 1 hr, crazy people crazy Thailand.

Fished at this salt water pond for 250baht per hour either by luring or dead bait. Caught a grouper on dead bait and nothing on lure. You can release it,bring fish home or have cook it at restaurant at the pond. Not cheap as the grouper is 600baht per kilo but it is always an expensive fish.For kids they give free rod to fish mud craps but if you wish keep/eat it cost 400baht per kilo. Surprised to see many Thais fishing and having their meals there.
