For signage, there was this huge slugger character called Dick with a foreshortened baseball bat, hence the full name of "Big Swingin' Dicks". Regrettably, Harris County licencing authorities didn't see the parody, only the innuendo. So... Innuendo's Parody's Since it's a youngish local crowd that will be there, they want some vacuously farang cliche like Walkers's (Johnnie does it) Johnnies's (same same) The Velvet Elvis (was one in Houston but the Graceland attorney's got that stopped) Liquid Lounge (always a winner) Portia's (Porsche's?) Benz Beemer's Soon Soon Chet (think about it) Bond's (that make it easier?) Wankels (fabulous, visionary rotary engine... anyone ever own an NSU Ro80?) Libations (what else <deleted>!) The Illicit Still (my favourite Aberdeen basement pissuppery) and one from the Pattaya crime pages a few weeks back... The Lone Robber (you just try and get a sober Thai to say that!) To put it another way you'd have to add up the ages of about 5 patrons in the club to get a tally of over 100 instead of just say about 1 and 1/2 people in a 'Sex Tourist' bar.
