There was a guy in Middlesbrough back home who had the above painted on his transit van. Singh the builder. He also had 23.5 hours a day call out :D

When you screw people over then your previous actions sometimes follows you. There have been many people gone "missing" in Thailand after they have been involved in shady deals elsewhere.

Perhaps he is hiding as a shady bar owner, probably in Pattaya.

If you do know him or know of his whereabouts, why not give him up? Just look at his rodent like features and his alleged accomplice, his mother.

Should be easy to recognise.

I just watched the programme. This Neil Smart deserves being reported. Someone must know where he is.

watched it too a typical brit cowboy builder. I hope some Thais have shafted him as bad as he did his clients

yeah but wouldn't it be great though for you to step outside you exclusive family dwelling one morning and find him to be your new next door neighbor.

i can just see it now ! him swigging from a can of leo, shirt off with his pale and pasty skin tatts and all exposed to the sun. howling out to to the future mrs smart recently picked up from soi nana, inquiring whether he should invite the snotty nosed couple from next door over for a curry,. in the broadest of s. wales accents.

I used to have a caravan in Pwhelli, on a small site owned by a builder (non-cowboy) who played a bit of rugby.

Please be careful with the name/shame thing here. It opens a whole legal can of worms.

Perhaps Mr Smart can tell us his side of the story if he disputes the evidence. :)

I'm sure his victims wouldn't mind having a word with him.
