No, I'm not looking for something on the beach for under 500 baht!

For business reasons I have to move from Rawai to Patong and am looking for a six month rental from the end of sept.

A two bedroom house, condo, or apartment with easy access (minimal stairs - Old Crock) and parking.

Wish list: View, pool, satellite tv, high speed internet, etc. Any or all of these would be nice. Up to 30-35k.

During my search I found a couple of those Tower units advertised, but the asking prices are a bit high.

(Incidentaly, I just noticed, I said from the end of Sept when I meant October )

It looks like I've found something up the hill, so everyone can stop looking now.
