Manual Seeding Machines

Featured Replies

I have looked at a number of seed/fertiliser implements for my tractor, locally made in Thailand. Perhaps you could buy the seed box etc and have the frame and wheels fabricated to suit as per the photo. From memory the three point linkage model three row was something like 25,000 baht, divide from there.

By the way, the option I took at the time was village women with buckets and a stick, simple economics.

Hello kanomk2, is this for a garden or a farm? Earthway have

their limits and at one time a static problem with some small

seed sticking together, not feeding into the seed plate.

I was looking at the JP-1 from here:

http://www.mechanicaltransplanter.com/literature/SEEDER.pdf

It's 4X the cost of the Earthway.

I looked at the Thai 2 row corn planter for the iron buffalo back

in 2000, they were under 3K Bt. Yesterday I went and looked,

the are no 8K Bt. for steel hoppers and 10K for tin hoppers.

I didn't get any info if they do supply other seed plates or

sprocket to change seed spacing. They didn't have one in the

shop to look at.

Pic. 1&2 are the big Thai planters.

To answer your question on where to get, order online and have

it shipped, or have a friend bring it on a trip to LOS.
