If I need extra I just call them and within 30 min or so they deliver - that way you don't have building materials around and order just what you need.

Just don't go in there the first time and get the prices by yourself - as a Farang I mean!

I saved about 15,000 baht buying roofing steel from her compared to 3 prices I got from shops in town. She also sells CPAC tile.
