New Zealand PM Apologises for Decades of Abuse in Care Homes
I'll never get my head around people apologizing for things, they had no part in. Especially the silliness of apologizing for things that happened generations ago, to people long gone. Apologizing to people who are generation away from what ever the apology is for. It's a shame your grandparents may have had a crappy life imposed on them ... get over it. My great great great etc grandparents escape oppressive Europe a few hundred years ago. I got over it. Every nationality that followed, had a hard start in the USA. All my white brethren, I got over that also. I got over all the black folks, selling all the black folks to white folks centuries ago. NZ, OZ, USA, Africa ... it's history .. get over it, move on. Apologies from people not involved to people not involved is all a bit silly. -

Look at Singapore, look at Europe - they managed immigration issues without all those police generals, police lieutenants and what-else-you-may-have. Completely overloaded bureaucracy ........... -

You can obtain a tourist visa in Malaysia. If you went back to Germany you could obtain a METV for Thailand. The DTV is all the rage and seems attractive. It does have requirements. Can't recall reading of denied entry at CNX. Your history is extensive. Clearly you are not 50+ yr. Was chatting with a young UK guy and he obtained DTV eVisa in UK in few days. -
