Backer Rod

I need some backer rod like shown in the back of the following picture. Does anyone know where to get it in Phuket? I've been to both homeworks and home pro today, none of them had it.

If you cannot find backer rod then the alternate is to install cut foam into the joint before application of the sealant, and then apply some masking tape over the foam to act as a bond breaker

Remember that the joint width should be twice the depth for the sealant
