Will my U.S brought Kindle work in Thailand .

Are they able to work where ever they are transported or are there exceptions.

works, but you need to buy the European adapter from Amazon if you want to plug directly into a socket to charge.

I'm pretty sure you don't, I haven't seen a single voltage charger for years, they all say 110-240V on them these days.

My Aussie one, delivered from Amazon US, works fine.

Kindle 2 (world edition) works fine

Kindle 3 works fine too
