I dont use this software anymore,but maybe all the packages do

All antiviruses do. That's how they collect intelligence on emerging threats. They don't give out free versions just to be nice.

I'm no fan of this second rate (but improving) antivirus, but in this case Grisoft is doing nothing wrong.

Always the Adage rings true "There is no such thing as a free lunch"
