Apartment Near Bumrungrad

Featured Replies

I'm looking for an apartment/hotel for a month before my wife delivers a baby at Bumrungrad. A studio or 1 bedroom is fine. I know a few great apartments down the BTS line but I'm hoping to be a little closer in case of emergency. Any suggestions on a clean/quiet place within 15 minutes that isn't in the chaos of Nana/Arab district?

I'm less than impressed with all the hotels I've looked at so far and can't afford some of the higher end ones nearby.

Thanks for the ideas!

try furama exclusive on soi 1....two minutes from the hospital and away from hustle bustle...

Bumrungrad itself has an apartment complex, don't know about the cost, though. Did you inquire about that one already ?

awfully overpriced there...and not a nice environment...within 15 minutes eh??? phrakanong is a lot cheaper and 10 to 15 minutes by BTS. A lot less aggressive/islamic/low life/mafia farther out.

ratchada rd up north from asoke is also nearby and is a lot more inviting than the hustlers around nana.

There are several service apts on Soi 2 that are nice. Not sure about price for most. 2 years ago I paid 40k a month for one bedroom (not studio) at Aspen Suites.

Consider the Prime 11 Condo in Soi 11 (opposite Bed Supper Club). This condo was completed earlier this year, has excellent facilities, and is a 10 min walk to the Soi 3 entrance to Bumrungrad. A studio there would rent for about 25,000 per month.
