Sarah Palin blames Obama administration for Wikileaks document release

WASHINGTON D.C. (BNO NEWS) -- Sarah Palin continues to be in the spotlight after her latest rant against the Obama administration for not handling correctly the latest Wikileaks document release.

On Monday, Palin criticized President Obama and the White House on her Facebook account for their 'incompetent handling of this whole fiasco.' She added that the White House showed a 'lack of urgency' in dealing with the matter.

"The White House has now issued orders to federal departments and agencies asking them to take immediate steps to ensure that no more leaks like this happen again," Palin wrote. "It's of course important that we do all we can to prevent similar massive document leaks in the future. But why did the White House not publish these orders after the first leak back in July? What explains this strange lack of urgency on their part?"

On Sunday, the website Wikileaks released their latest classified documents, most of them from the U.S. State Department, causing a significant impact worldwide. This action, according to the former Alaska governor, is all Obama's fault.

Furthermore, Palin demands that the Obama Administration should pursue Wikileaks and its founder, Julian Assange, with the same urgency as with the Taliban and Al-Qaeda. She called Assange 'an anti-American operative with blood on his hands.'

Palin added in her post that at least the financial assets of Assange and Wikileaks should be frozen. The former governor also wondered if the White House is using all the cyber tools at its disposal to permanently dismantle the site.

The U.S. intelligence services were also criticized by Palin because 22-year-old Private First Class Bradley Manning, who is accused of giving the documents to Wikileaks, was apparently able to get unrestricted access to highly sensitive information and was able to copy and distribute those files without anyone noticing.
