Undercover Operation - Failed

I happened to have my micro video camera with me when I reached the top of my Soi onto Sukhumvit today. I spotted a cop pulling over a farang on a motorcycle and stopped for a 'rest' nearby.

Got my micro-video working in the palm of my hand and sat innocently gazing down the road while I recorded the poor farang handing over 200THB in a folder piece of paper - 200THB he already had in the zip-lock bag with his documents, the guy was a pro and fluent in Thai.

Anyway the cop spotted me but I had already palmed the camera. I hailed my long-awaited taxi and took off. Trouble is, the memory card had popped out and it recorded nothing 8^(

Ah well, high season is here, there'll be plenty more opportunities...

Apologies if I don't see the point of this thread?

Apology accepted.

There was almost a video by an amateur private-eye? Sadly, no video exists. This guy could use some lessons from Chat's secretary or from Jatuporn :)

Maybe he did break a law and the B200 is cheaper then the actual fine.

I carry small bills with specifically for this purpose. i will not ride in the left lane with the busses and scooters on a Road King.

Wow. I once saw a Jackalop while hiking in the woods with my cousins, taking a hit of some fresh grown oregano. It was so peaceful and so wonderful to see a very rare glance of nature. Then I took my Polaroid camera out and dam_n. I forgot to buy film.

Then there was that time when I seen two lesbians on the beach ..................., forgot to load the video camera with a new VHS tape.

wOW...I almost took a photo of you filming that, or I would have if I had been:

a: In the area

b: Had my camera

c: The batteries of the camera was not flat.

d: I had removed the lens cap

e: I was bored out of my mind.

What were you thinking of? You could have got into big trouble over this.

Anybody trying to film this kind of thing will be in some kind of trouble, I'm sure.

Look at what happens in other places around the world when people try to film this stuff.

Looks like you got away with it this time.

You ought to check the camera properly next time you decide to film something important.
