We have made it past the interview. It took exactly 3 months to get the interview and it went well.

They said just wait about 4 weeks for a phone call with good news.

It has been a trial thus far and I think i can see some light at the end of the tunnel,

but could they still ask for more documents at this stage?

And would 4 weeks be about the current waiting time?

3 months was a long time to wait for an interview! I think we waited about 3wks when we applied in mid 09. I received an email from our case officer about 1wk before interview asking for a police clearance and also for my wife to bring her original birth certificate and passport with her.

No further documents for required after the interview and I think we waited another 3-4wks after that for another email stating that the visa had been granted.

I would imagine if there were other documents required, they would have asked for them either before or during the interview. But thats only a guess.
