Document Legalization

Hello, I'm an American married to a Thai and we live in Mexico. Our recently born twins should eventually be MexAmeriThais but they are currently stateless as we negotiate the hurdles in getting them their Mexican birth certificates without which we can't begin the US or Thai processes. It seems the last obstacle [beyond their hospital documents 'expiring' since we are now a month beyond the 90 registration limit] is my wife's birth certificate which needs to be legalized. We will have to send it by courier to BKK and then have a messenger service take it to Chula for an official translation to Spanish and then to the Mex Consulate in Silom for the legalization stamp and finally DHL'd back to Mexico. Is anyone aware of a reliable messenger company in BKK I can contact?

DHL has a presence in Thailand. Probably best to have them look after the whole process for you ?

I'm not sure that just anyone can legalize her documents; I think she must come in person.
