I don't know any stores, but I have bought at Gazebo Club on Chakrapong Rd (just past Khaosan Rd) so it must be available here. I had never had it before and wouldn't mind knowing a source. I have never seen anywhere else though.....

Beerlao, including Beerlao Dark, is being sold in Bangkok supermarkets, including Villa and Tops.

65 baht a bottle.

Just don't try to buy it at Tops between 2 and 5pm.

65 for dark, light is only 43 though (small bottles). Villa in Paradise Park stocks it, great to finally see Asia's best beer widely available in Bangkok shops.

Anyone seen large bottles for sale anywhere?

I recall, some years back, when Beer Lao was all the rage and fashion - the good folks from the BKK distributors would deliver to your door only substantial orders. I don't know if they do this anymore. Be worth the effort to inquire.

It's unfortunate that they haven't cashed in on the overwhelming popularity of their product, as Beer Lao still is uncommercially viable throughout a good portion of the country. I'm sure the Thai beer monopolies have some say and influence towards mass distribution.
